FAQ

Where do you ship to?

I currently ship Australia wide. Please contact me if you would like to purchase something and your country is not listed.

How much is shipping?

Orders over AUD$75.00 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Otherwise, a standard A3 rigid mailer will cost $15 to ship. A standard A6 card mailer will cost $12.
I use both registered Australia post and courier services, depending on your location. Most shipments will require a signature on delivery. For this reason I am unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.
When an authority to leave is requested by you at checkout, you acknowledge that I will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel.

Shipping for larger items is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order as well as your shipping location. Freight on larger art pieces will be quoted upon inquiry and invoiced separately. I am unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

How will my print or cards be packaged?

All my fine art prints are securely packed, All prints and cards are carefully wrapped in a clear plastic sleeve for protection and inserted into a rigid envelope.

When will my order arrive?

Once you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking details but please be aware that delivery to some areas within Australia may take up to ten working days from dispatch. Note that sometimes there are hold ups out of my control and your shipment may take a little longer than expected.

Do you offer returns?

No, so please choose carefully. If your order arrives damaged then I will refund your purchase. If this should happen then please get in contact ASAP with as much information as possible, including your order number and photos of the faulty items and/or the damaged packaging.
